Who do you work with?
Owner-managed businesses and SMEs with roughly 5 to 100 staff, based in the UK and across Europe. Our methods scale down to very small teams and up to multi-department operations.
How do your fees work?
Three models: a one-off discovery session at £95, fixed-price projects at £150 and £185, and a monthly advisory retainer at £200. Every price is agreed in writing before work starts, so there are no hourly surprises.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both. Most reviews start remotely from our office at 16 Great Queen Street, London. Implementation phases usually include on-site days for UK clients; European clients are served remotely with scheduled on-site weeks.
How quickly can we start?
Discovery calls are usually available within one week. Larger engagements typically start within two to three weeks of scoping.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We routinely work under NDA and can provide our own mutual confidentiality agreement if you do not have one.
What do we actually receive at the end?
Working documentation your business keeps: process maps, role descriptions, meeting rhythms and a prioritised action plan. Everything is written in plain English.
Can you help with our specific software?
We are tool-agnostic. We work alongside the CRM, accounting and project platforms you already run, and we advise on fit rather than selling licences.
