These terms govern consulting services provided by Medcan Consulting Limited (Company No. 13089174), registered at 16 Great Queen Street, London, England, WC2B 5AH. By confirming a booking or signing a proposal you accept these terms.
1. Fees and payment
Discovery sessions are billed at £95 per 90-minute session and are payable on booking. Fixed-price projects (£150 and £185 as quoted) and the monthly advisory retainer (£200) are billed per signed proposal. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.
2. Cancellation and refunds
Discovery sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with at least 48 hours notice; inside 48 hours the session fee is retained. Project cancellations are billed for work completed to the cancellation date, and any fees paid for work not yet performed are refunded within 14 days. Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days notice; the current month is not refunded once advisory time has been used.
3. Delivery of services
Written deliverables (process maps, plans, role descriptions) are delivered by email to the address on the proposal within the turnaround stated in the proposal, normally 5 to 20 working days depending on scope. On-site days are scheduled jointly and confirmed in writing.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties keep commercial information confidential. We routinely work under NDA and can provide a mutual confidentiality agreement on request.
5. Liability
Our liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
