We go deeper on the processes behind the problems: interviews with your people, documentation review, tooling. You receive a prioritised plan with effort and impact estimates.
Implement Together — from £185
We roll up sleeves: new workflows documented, roles agreed, operating rhythms installed, and your team trained on the new way of working.
Ongoing Advisory — £200 per month
After the project, most clients keep a monthly retainer so improvements stick and new problems get solved early.
