What we collect and why
We collect the details you submit through our contact form (name, email, phone, message) to respond to enquiries and prepare proposals. We keep client files for accounting and delivery of services. Legal bases: legitimate interests and contract for enquiries and services; legal obligation for accounting records.
Retention
Client and accounting files are kept for 7 years as required by UK tax law. Enquiry correspondence is deleted after 24 months if no engagement follows.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and cannot be switched off.
